What is a CSA?

CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. Also known in England as a Box Scheme where members subscribe to farms helping reduce much of the market volatility that comes with agricultural production. The model is so popular in England that by 2007 farmers were generating over £100 million per year on the model. We are primarily a meat CSA but also provide a fresh Organic vegetable box and fruit shares through our collaboration with FEED Sonoma along with other specialty items. Sign up and commit to a recurring purchase of our regenerative, grass fed/finished, and pastured meats and produce. As a CSA member you are more than a casual consumer, you are an active participant in local agricultural production rooted in principles of regeneration, Organic, permaculture and Holistic Management.

How it Works:

1) Sign up - Click on the “Join at Our Online Store” button. Enter your zip code to see your home delivery and pick up options, then shop until you’re content.

2) At checkout select “Subscribe,” Choose your start date, your order frequency (from 1 to 8 weeks), confirm your order, enter your payment details and place your order. Your order will be packed and delivered on schedule.

3) As long as you maintain a minimum of $50 in your cart you’re a member! Your order will repeat on your chosen frequency. At any time before our standard Monday 10am cutoff of your delivery week you can “Edit” your order and change products, delivery date or frequency. It’s always entirely up to you!

Flat Rate Shares

Our flat rate Family, Chicken, Sausage, Ground Meat and Value Meat Shares offer the best value, with average savings of 15-20%. 

Regular Family - $60

(3-4 people with ~1/4-1/2 lb per person per meal)

These Items will always be included:

  • 1 Beef or Pork Roast or 1 Whole Chicken

  • Ground Beef, Ground Pork, Beef Stew or Pork Stew

    These Items will change depending on stock and package weights:

  • Pork Scallopini, or Carne Asada, or Packs of Chicken Drumsticks

  • Sausage or

  • Thighs, or Short Ribs

Large Family- $100

(Family of 6 ~1/4-1/2 lb per person per meal)

These Items will always be included:

  • 1 Beef or Pork Roast & 1 Whole Chicken

  • 2 Ground Beef, Ground Pork, Beef Stew, Pork Stew, or 3 Packs of Drumsticks

    These Items will vary depending on stock and weights:

  • Pork Scallopini, Carne Asada, Chicken Thighs or Short Ribs or

  • Sausages

Chicken Shares - ($50 and $80 options)

Designed to give you a mix of different chicken cuts like drumsticks, wings, breasts, and thighs at a great price.

Whole Chicken Share (Varies)

2 whole chickens at a discounted price.

Sausage Share ($52 option)

You will receive a mix of four packs of beef and/or pork sausage. Can include, but not limited to:

Pork: Thai, Apple & Fennel, Jalapeno & Cheddar, Garlic & Ginger, Hawaiian BBQ, Bratwurst. Beef: Hot Italian.

Ground Meat Share ($100)

A selection of our ground beef, pork and chicken. ($120 value)

Value Meat Share ($100)

3 ground beef, 3 beef mince, 3 carne asada, 3 beef stew. ($120 value)

When you know exactly what you want!

Populate your cart with your favorite items by Monday morning and enjoy by weeks end. Change it up as you see fit or set up recurring favorites to be automatically sent on your chosen interval.

Low $50 minimum order to maintain membership!

Choose from weekly to up to every 8 weeks. You can always move your delivery date sooner or later to work with your schedule.

Subscribers receive 10% off* all products in your cart. Maintain a minimum of $50 in your cart at all times (depending you may have to add items before deleting).
