Chipotle Lime Corn
Ingredients4 ears sweet corn, shucked
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1 chipotle pepper, finely chopped
1 lime zest and juice
In small bowl, combine butter, pepper, and lime juice and zest.
Place corn on medium high grill and brush with butter mixture, turning and basting until cooked (about eight minutes).
Remove from grill and serve.
